ENGLISH DEBATE DAY 1

On 7th October 2017, I had a debate competition with my friends and we are the representative for our college which is KTHO. At 0745, we wait for our transport to take us to FKEB as it was held there. While we wait for our transport we take a few pictures to release our nervousness,

 After we arrived at FKEB, we prepare our materials while waiting other colleges to come

As soon everyone arrived, we were set and prepare for the debate. This debate sure take a lot of time that took 10 hours of debate for that day only, but we had our breakfast and lunch for us to break before continue our battles. On that day, my team up against KPZ1, KPZ2, KRK1, and, KRK2. I find it funny cause we only fight those two colleges but each represent 2 team. I don`t know whether it`s a coincidence or not. However, we focus on our debate at that time. During our clashes among them during the debate, we were like enemies in that `house`. But, as soon it finished, we become friends. It was a pleasure to meet them and to create friends with them.

I didn`t had the oppotunity to take pic with KPZ students because we were raced against time because we had other battles to go on. For our last battle round for that day, we were up against KRK2, and it was a fun round. Our team and their`s agreed to take the motion that THW to compel all POKEMON to be released. And my team was the government and they are the opposition. Although we took this seriously, but we all laugh because it really funny to talk about this motion.

And the most funny part is that the 3rd speaker from the opposition(the one on the right on the picture below) make us laugh as he imitating Pikachu. Dang, he was so funny that all people in that `house` can`t stop laughing.

Later, we waiting at the hall after we finished our battle. We went outside because we can`t handle the cold. We met other teams and colleges outside of the hall and we met again some of the teams that we up against. We had conversation among ourselves.

After that, we were called to enter the hall. One of the adjudicators announce the end of the debate for day 1. 

And we finished at 1900. And its our time for us to go back to our college and to rest for the next day
